Partnerships
Senior Partner Manager
Own and grow our relationships with accounting, bookkeeping, and CFO firms, turning great partners into long-term advocates for COUNT.
About the role
Partners are at the heart of COUNT. Accounting firms, bookkeepers, and outsourced CFOs bring their clients onto our platform, and their trust is what fuels our growth. As Senior Partner Manager, you own those relationships end-to-end, from first conversation to long-term, mutually profitable partnership.
You’ll be the face of COUNT to our most important firm partners: understanding their practice, helping them get more value from the platform, and making sure their clients have a world-class experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who loves the accounting industry and knows how to turn relationships into revenue.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of accounting, bookkeeping, and CFO firm partners, serving as their trusted point of contact and advocate inside COUNT.
- Build and execute account plans that grow adoption, expand the number of clients each firm brings onto COUNT, and deepen the partnership over time.
- Onboard new partner firms, guiding them through setup, training their teams, and ensuring a smooth path to value.
- Run regular business reviews with partners to surface goals, track success metrics, and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Be the voice of the partner internally, channeling feedback to product, support, and leadership to shape the roadmap.
- Negotiate partnership terms, referral arrangements, and co-marketing initiatives that work for both sides.
- Collaborate with marketing to create case studies, webinars, and events that celebrate partner wins.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in partnerships, account management, or sales, ideally within accounting, fintech, or B2B SaaS.
- A genuine understanding of how accounting and bookkeeping firms operate and make money.
- A proven track record of growing accounts and hitting expansion or revenue targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills; people trust you quickly.
- Comfort owning commercial conversations and negotiating win-win agreements.
- Self-directed and organized, you thrive in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working at or with an accounting/bookkeeping practice.
- Familiarity with the modern accounting tech stack (ledgers, practice management, bank feeds).
- A network of existing relationships within the accounting community.
Why you'll love it here
- Direct impact on COUNT’s growth, since your partners are our growth engine.
- A fully remote team that values autonomy and ownership over face time.
- Competitive salary plus performance-based upside.
- A front-row seat to reshaping how modern firms do accounting.
