As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a cross-functional team working alongside product and design professionals to tackle exciting challenges. Collaborate with a talented group of engineers to deliver exceptional financial products that solve complex problems for our clients. You'll work with a range of technologies and investigate new ones to ensure we remain at the cutting edge. Our engineering team values performance, reliability, code quality, and observability, and you'll help us maintain and elevate these standards.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Coding: Write clear, concise, well-tested code in languages like JavaScript.
• Agile Collaboration: Work with an agile product team focused on continuous improvement and mutual skill development.
• Tech Flexibility: Learn new tools or frameworks to effectively execute tasks, delivering more than what's strictly assigned.
• Full Ownership: Take full ownership of major initiatives or complex tasks from definition to delivery, and oversee monitoring post-launch.
• Team Impact: Help other team members solve challenges and develop their skills, positively impacting team pace and quality.
• End-to-End Projects: Contribute to technical projects from inception to delivery, requiring minimal support on well-defined tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience with some combination of Python, JavaScript, or other languages.
• Experience with AI and LLMs.
• Skilled in web application and/or distributed systems development.
• Comfortable operating and monitoring high-availability production systems.
• Proud to write modular, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
