This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth strategy from scratch, directly reporting to the COO. You'll harness our strong organic growth and develop a strategic framework that will disrupt and redefine the accounting industry.


This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on building innovative growth strategies with limited resources. We're seeking someone passionate about analytics, marketing strategies, and customer acquisition, who can wear multiple hats and work across performance, lifecycle, and demand generation.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive growth strategy, running experiments to identify new channels and optimize user growth.
  • Demand & Lead Generation: Lead creative and integrated campaigns to improve our marketing funnel and collaborate with sales to increase successful leads.
  • Revenue Ownership: Establish strong metrics to maximize revenue from discovery to purchase and expansion.
  • Performance Analysis: Use data to analyze market trends, competition, and user behavior, refining customer profiles and channels to meet targets.
  • Brand Development: Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across platforms that resonates with our audience.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on growth initiatives to the executive team and company, maintaining transparency.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of ambition and learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or similar experience).
  • 6+ years in growth marketing, ideally within startups or fintech.
  • Proven record of scaling user bases and achieving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a "hacker mindset" eager to pioneer new strategies.
